Starbucks Rewards reboot  

Starbucks enlisted us to relaunch their fervently popular rewards program. Beyond re-doing the look and feel of Starbucks Rewards, the app and its features, Starbucks also needed to educate the audience of loyal fans but also people who love Starbucks but are missing out on the new reward structure and perks of the program.

By definition a multi-pronged campaign, our team was responsible for messaging strategy, rollout and creative strategy. We started with what we thought was the best new news, mobile order and pay, and did OOH station takeovers in key markets to announce the new program. We also did creative strategy for hulu and youtube mini spots, as well as took the lead on an influencer campaign in which key Youtube influencers integrated the new perks into their day in the life content.
